The app also allows you to create custom workout routines and share them with your friends.

The app has been optimized for mobile devices and is compatible with most exercise equipment, allowing you to track your workout progress from anywhere. The app has a built-in timer to track the duration of your workout and can store information such as the number of reps you completed, or how many calories you burned. It also has the option to add comments to track your progress.
